Caws and Morris advised on town centre developments and feasibility studies for local authorities on town centre regeneration.   These included acting for the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral on proposals for assisting the regeneration of Birkenhead by redevelopment of a town centre car park site in the prime retail heart of the town. The firm has acted similarly for Bolton Council on town centre sites. 

The advice the firm delivered was given on a personal basis by principals and that same ethos applies since it has been taken over by Langley-Taylor LLP. Knowledge and experience of partners, passed on through an enthusiastic team provide depth and breadth of thinking. We make sure our skills are continuously updated in line with developments in the market and in practice.

We try to tailor our fees to the job. We are well aware of our clients concerns about cost and we try to meet them, as repeat instructions are a highly valued part of our work. But we will not compromise the quality of service just to make it cheaper.
